I think there’s something in my right eye. It’s been there for two days, maybe three. I can’t see anything in there, but I definitely feel it. It hasn’t moved. It doesn’t hurt. My eye doctor is out of town and so I’m considering wandering over to one of the many optical shops in Lincoln Square. Or should I go to an emergency room? And as a nurse, shouldn’t I know the answer to that question?
