FINDINGS:

It looks like I need to cut some calories, fiber and protein. I think the place to start is to cut the yam and any other one vegetable at dinner. Six seems more realistic than eight. I still am perplexed about the fats being too low. Maybe it doesn’t need to be fat free yogurt IF that doesn’t increase the calorie count, which I suspect it does.

This nutrition thing, if really considered, is way too hard! Even when you try to eat the same thing every day!

* These are the recommendation for my age (38), gender (F) and activity level (moderate) is the following according to the new governmental dietary guidelines.
